Attention Sports Fans - Sign up on line to support ACA Concessions!

We are in need of concession help at all our sporting events! We are looking for parents of student players (one family per team) to be responsible for bringing the supplies (cooler and food) back and forth from the school to the facilities where the games take place. If you are interested in serving this way, please email Mesha Camden or call her on 913-526-4375.

This is also a reminder that we require each family to support their team by selling concessions throughout the season. Ideally we would appreciate 2 families per game. Older students are welcome to participate. Participants get into the game for free. Please click here to see what our needs are :-)

Main Responsibilities for selling concessions are as follows:

• Setting up / tearing down (depending if you are the 1st or last game) concessions area
• Setting up / tearing down recycling bin for cans and bottles on gym floor / concessions area
• Setting up / tearing down trash bins on gym floor / concessions area
• Selling concessions during specified game
• Asking people to eat in designated areas (upstairs)
• Keeping children in concessions area orderly
• Cleaning up concessions area / gym floor (especially under bleachers)
